Shipping & Returns
Shipping is available to all Canadian and U.S. addresses, with costs as follows:
- $10 flat rate shipping for all Canadian orders.
- FREE shipping is provided on all Canadian orders over $175 (before taxes).
- $10 flat rate shipping to U.S. addresses. The responsibility for any customs duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified by e-mail. All orders are sent via Canada Post (expedited) and you will be provided with a tracking number.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as you can by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In most cases, a refund or exchange can be issued.
Regular priced items can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of in-store purchase or 10 days of receiving your online order.
Sale items can be returned for store credit only within these same timelines.
All items must be unworn with original tags attached or will be refused.
In-store purchases or local pick up: As above, items can be returned to the boutique for refund or store credit within 10 days of purchase.
Online purchases requiring shipping: As above, items being returned for refund or store credit must be received (by me) within 10 business days from the date you received your order. The cost associated with returning the item(s) are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend purchasing insurance for your return order as I am not responsible for any items lost in transit.
Once I receive your returned items, a refund or store credit (whichever applies) will be issued, less the cost of shipping paid by you when the order was placed. If you received free shipping, a $10 fee will be deducted from the refund if your order value no longer meets the free shipping threshold.
** For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned or exchanged, including undergarments (e.g. bralettes, underwear, tights).
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please send me an e-mail at email@example.com and include a photo of the damaged item(s).
